As explained in each product post, we do not accept returns due to Hygienic reasons. Exchanges will be accepted on 3 or more undies purchased. Should you wish to exchange your undies you will be responsible for return courier costs and 30% of your total order will be charged to you via an invoice. Once the invoice has been paid, we will resend you the new sizing. Our reasoning for this is that we simply cannot resell the undies as we promise our customers a brand new pair that has not even been tried on.
Should the occasion arise where we no longer have the stock for the undies you have previously purchased and now need to return, you can choose a different pair with the same conditions as listed above.
Coupons cannot be used in conjunction with other coupons or sales currently running unless otherwise specified.
Out of Stock and Backorders
While we do everything we can to make sure our stock levels are accurate at all times there may be occasions where we are unable to fulfill your order. If this should occur we will contact you and offer either a store credit for the value of your purchase or a full refund.
Express Checkout is to be used by Account holders who are responsible for their own login details. We will not be responsible for any misuse of this feature due to negligence to security of an account holders details.
Errors and Omissions
We try our absolute best to ensure that the price and description of products are accurate. Should there be an error in the process of listing a production our website or a technical error in the processing of your order we reserved the right to refuse or cancel the order. This will be communicated to you via email.
Our right to cancel orders applies to orders that have been accepted through the website.
